DotOUT presents our 2017 parade theme:
RAINBOW REGATTA—Sailing Forward Together

You know what pre-gaming is, right? Well, come on the DotOUT pre-Pride float for the Dorchester Day Parade!

DotOUT’s 2017 float theme celebrates our neighborhood’s wonderful diversity and newly expanded access to our waterfronts with this fun-filled rainbow themed boat regatta.
Everyone loves a parade and what better way to celebrate the wonderful Dorchester diversity than riding and marching in the Dot Day parade. Dot Day parade is 3 miles along Dorchester Ave. It’s everything you want in a community parade — great costumes, competing bands and lots of fun! We’ve marched in EVERY Dorchester Day Parade since our founding in 2004. This is Dorchester at its best!

Parade itself marching starts at 1:00 p.m. in Lower Mills at the corner of Washington Street & Dorchester Avenue and travels along Dorchester Avenue to Savin Hill at the corner of Columbia Road and Dorchester Avenue.

We’ll let folks know where we will be staging this year
